§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Attorney-General whether he has received the additional information from the hon. Member for West Ham, North, showing that the firm of General Transport (Overseas) Company Limited of Stratford have publicly admitted to obtaining illegal profits and moneys under false pretences, and committing irregularities, for which they have now dismissed a director and manager, in connection with the practice known as cube-cutting; and whether he will now refer the matter to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
