asked the Minister of Transport if he will take steps to require the 2,500 vehicles and trailers transferred by British Railways to the National Freight Corporation, which the Corporation have not submitted for testing under his Department's schemes, to be submitted now.

No. I have no doubt that the National Freight Corporation will comply with the regulations governing the testing of heavy goods vehicles.
