§ Mr. RossI am sending my hon. and learned Friend a copy of the Circular I sent to education authorities last March introducing a scheme for the payment of a salary addition of £100 per annum to teachers in schools of most severe teacher shortage, and recommending that education authorities should meet the travelling expenses of teachers in such schools.
