§ 50. Mr. Graham Pageasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will give an assurance that legislation which is to be introduced this Session to enable a limited number of owner-occupiers of unfit property to obtain compensation based on market value will be extended to all owner-occupiers.
§ Mr. MacCollThe White Paper "Old Houses into New Homes", sets out the Government's proposals to bring the compensation of owner-occupiers in general up to full market value, where slum clearance action is begun after 23rd April, 1968. A Bill based on these proposals will be introduced in the present Session.
