§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs whether he will instruct the Governor of the Falkland Islands to undertake an inquiry into the methods being employed by local commercial organisations to recruit employees, particularly juveniles, for service in the islands.
