MallalieuIn the course of the recent special review of the safety performance of United Kingdom airline operators an attempt was made to compare the safety levels of individual independent operators in relation to the overall average. It was found that no valid conclusions could be arrived at because of the small number of operations and accidents involved. It is therefore not possible to list those which are below average.
