§ Mr. WhitlockIt is estimated that 140 citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies in the Falkland Islands are entitled to obtain full United Kingdom passports; 862 Falkland Islanders have been issued with passports by the Governor of the Falkland Islands in the last 10 years, any issued earlier being no longer valid.
