§ 68. Mr. Fortescueasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs what new instructions have been issued to British High Commissioners in Commonwealth countries regarding the issue of United Kingdom passports, in the light of the Commonwealth Immigrants Act, 1968.
§ Mr. WhitlockPassport officers at British High Commissions have been instructed that passports issued by them in future to citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies who do not belong to a dependent territory are to be endorsed to show whether or not the holder is subject to control in consequence of the Commonwealth Immigrants Act, 1968.
