§ Mr. E. Rowlandsasked the Secretary of State for Wales in what newspapers and public places the date and venue of formal meetings of the Council of Wales are advertised; and what action he proposed to take to ensure that such information about the Council's meetings is brought to the attention of people in Wales.
§ Mr. George ThomasNone. Meetings of the Welsh Council are held in private although the newspapers are informed when meetings take place. The normal arrangements for publicity for the Council's work are that a press conference is held after meetings by the Chairman of the Council. In addition—subject to any overriding conditions of confidentiality —the Council can publish Reports of their work.
