§ Mr. HoyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and my right hon. Friend have already taken steps to implement the Board's recommendations on the level of remuneration of milk distributors up to 30th September, 1968. Report No. 46 contains longer-term proposals which are being discussed with the organisations affected.
