However, for new office floor space, some 3¼ million square feet remained unoccupied in Greater London in April, 1966. The comparable figure for the end of March, 1967, which is the latest information available, was 3 million square feet. Local authorities are now compiling returns showing the position at the end of March, 1968 and the results should be available within the next few weeks.
