§ Mr. SwinglerYes, as indicated in the Answer to the hon. Member on 1st February. The Goods Vehicle Index from which the sample has to be drawn is in some respects out-of-date, partly because operators fail to notify the Traffic Area Office when vehicles are sold or scrapped.
