HC Deb 02 April 1968 vol 762 c73W
85. Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many workers have been killed whilst repairing storm-damaged buildings within the last few months; and how many of these men were skilled and unskilled, respectively.

Mr. Ross

I am sorry to say that six men have been killed while repairing roofs damaged by the storm of 14th–15th January. I have been informed by the factory inspectorate of the Ministry of Labour that five were skilled and one unskilled.
