§ 50 and 51. Mr. G. Campbellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what is his estimate of the net amount of Selective Employment Tax, after repayment of refunds and premiums, which accrued from the seven crofting counties during the first year of the tax;
(2) what percentage of the Selective Employment Tax paid in the Highlands and Islands, consisting of the area of the seven crofting counties covered by the Highland Development Board, was repaid, or to be repaid, in that area in refunds and premiums during the first year of the tax.
