asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what has been the total yield from the general betting duty since its introduction on 23rd October 1966 in the first 12 months of its operation in respect of duty received from on-course bookmakers, duty received from off-course bookmakers, duty received from horse race totalisator and duty received from greyhound totalisator, respectively.
