§ Mr. PentlandOn 26th September, 1967, 185,000 people in Wales were re-180W ceiving Supplementary Benefit, representing, with wives and dependent children, about 275,000 people altogether. It is not practicable to estimate how many people not receiving Supplementary Benefit are living at or below that level.
