§ Mr. Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he hopes to be in a position to accept or reject the recommendations of the Highland Transport Board.
§ Mr. RossI am unable to forecast when I shall be in a position to decide on the various recommendations made in the final report of the Board; they cover a wide field and numerous organisations are being consulted. Action has already been taken on some of the recommendations put forward by the Board during its period of office.
