Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what representations he has made to 119W Member Governments of the European Economic Community concerning the 15 per cent. increase in their exports to Rhodesia during the first two months of this year, as compared with the first two months of 1966; and with what result.
§ Mr. MulleyRepresentations have been made to all Member Governments of the European Economic Community at various times concerning exports to Rhodesia. I must point out that while European Economic Community exports collectively have increased by the amount claimed individually some have decreased, namely, those from Italy, Belgium and Luxembourg.
It is not customary to disclose details of diplomatic exchanges with other Governments.
