§ Mr. SwinglerSight line requirements for accesses to development on public82W highways including car parks, are a matter for decision by local planning authorities. The Manual on Roads in Urban Areas issued jointly by the Ministry of Transport, the Scottish Development Department and the Welsh Office gives recommended standards for visibility at road junctions which can be adapted for use as sight line requirements at private accesses.
