§ Mr. John MorrisIt is proposed that discussions should take place shortly with the London Borough of Redbridge on methods of reducing traffic conflicts on the length of Eastern Avenue between the Ley Street and the Barley Lane junctions. These investigations will have regard to the possible use of traffic signals.
