§ Mr. Deedesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will list the towns in or close to the South-East Region which are to be subject to plans for major expansion, together with their respective latest population targets and including Newbury, Bletchley, Ashford, Southampton, Portsmouth, Ipswich, Peterborough and Swindon.
