Mr. Charles Morrison

asked the Postmaster-General (1) what are the latest estimates of Post Office capital expenditure on the postal section and the telecommunications section, respectively, for the years ending 31st March, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971;

(2) how many telephones he estimates will have been installed between 1st April, 1967 and 31st March, 1968;

(3) what are the latest estimates of the number of applicants who will be on the waiting list for telephones on 31st March, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971.
