§ Mr. George ThomsonThe writer was immediately identified from the fact that he had already made very similar allegations in an interview with an official in the Diplomatic Service Administration Office in October, 1966. He used as an address the account number and bank address he had himself given to the Diplomatic Service Pay authorities. No reference was made to any outside body in order to identify the writer.
