Mr. Galbraith

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what was the number of convictions for drug peddling in each of the last five years, and the penalty imposed in each case.

There is no specific offence of drug peddling, and it would be impracticable to extract from official records of convictions of unlawful possession or supply of drugs those cases which appear to involve peddling.
