§ 68. and 69. Sir D. Rentonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what were the circumstances which led him to decide that the offence alleged against Mr. Kwesi Armah was of a political character;
(2) why he decided that Mr. Kwesi Armah might be prejudiced at his trial in Ghana by reason of his political opinions, bearing in mind the undertaking given by the Government of Ghana to allow him to leave there within 30 days if acquitted of the offence alleged against him.
