§ Mr. Callaghan:Advice has been issued to all chief officers of police on means of establishing a good relationship between the police and immigrant communities.
195WThe sweeping allegations which have at times been made by some of the bodies representing coloured immigrants about police behaviour are much exaggerated. However I propose to invite the bodies concerned to discuss the matter with me.
