asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will state the location of the new, but uncompleted, advance factories which are in process of being built in Wales, and his estimate of the number of persons each one will employ.

Of the 32 advance factories in Wales announced in Board of Trade programmes since October, 1964, the following are in course of construction. The number of jobs

of approval, the length of notice of price variation which suppliers of these artificial fibres should give to manufacturers who use them.

The timing of any price increase which is consistent with the criteria set out in the White Paper on Prices and Incomes Policy after 30th June, 1967 (Cmnd. 3235), must depend primarily on commercial considerations.
