§ Mr. FreesonThirteen of the Electricity Council's Utilisation Research Reports have been published, the most recent in January, 1967. Since then six reports have been produced and circulated within the electricity supply industry. The question of which of their Utilisation Research Reports is published is entirely a matter for the Council, having regard to the industry's commercial and other interests.
