§ Mr. MarshThe Central Electricity Generating Board's present average load factor is about 46 per cent.; this is expected to fall to about 42 per cent. over the next few years as plant margins improve.
In planning its plant margins for the early 1970s, the C.E.G.B. assumes an average load factor of 45 per cent.
