§ 40. Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Technology what proposals have been made to Euratom for a possible extension of the Capenhurst fuel enrichment plant to supply European needs.
§ Dr. BrayThe possibility of providing enrichment services from an expanded Capenhurst plant to supply European needs is much in mind. Some preliminary discussions have taken place. Further discussions with particular European countries and Euratom are to be arranged.
