Member for Salford, East (Mr. Frank Allaun) on 2nd February, and again on 1st March, the hulls of seven hovercraft, which were not specifically designed for military use, were supplied to Bell Aero-systems by Westland Aircraft Limited for evaluation purposes under a licensing agreement for which Government approval was not required and before licensing control was introduced.—[Vol. 740, c.167–8; Vol. 742, c. 502.]
