§ Mrs. WhiteDiscussions on this question are taking place between the United States and German Governments and ourselves. These discussions opened in 307W Bonn on 20th–21st October and the second round is taking place in Washington today and tomorrow. My right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster is representing Her Majesty's Government at the talks.
