§ Mr. ReynoldsThe property will not be required for the Territorial and Army Volunteer Reserve. If it is not needed for any other defence purpose or for use by another Government Department it will first be offered to the local authority at the District Valuer's valuation, and, if they do not wish to purchase at that price, it will be sold in accordance with normal procedures.
