§ Q20. Mr. Ioan L. Evansasked the Prime Minister if he will now take an initiative to convene a conference of all nuclear Powers to bring about international control of nuclear weapons and to prevent further proliferation.
§ The Prime MinisterHer Majesty's Government continue to believe that at present the best way to make progress towards agreement on these measures is through the negotiations at the 18-Nation Disarmament Committee in Geneva.
