§ Mrs. WhiteA United Nations presence when independence is declared will obviously require the agreement of the government of the independent South Arabia. This is something which might perhaps be discussed at the conference opening in all Ittihad on 1st August to consider ways and means of implementing the United Nations Resolutions on South Arabia, to which the Secretary-General of the United Nations has been invited to send an observer.
