Mr. Oakes

asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance how many persons have been refused benefit or increases of benefit under Section 31(1)(a) of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act, 1965, on the grounds that any of the beneficiaries are absent from Great Britain, during each of the years 1960 to 1965.
