§ Mr. Ifor DaviesAs at 16th July, 1966, 179: 129 of these have been determined resulting in 76 reductions, 43 increases and 10 no change. Seven appeals to Rent Assessment Committees have been heard resulting in 4 increases over the rent officers' determinations, 2 reductions and 1 no change. In all appeals the final rent assessed was less than that charged before the rent officers' determination.
