asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what consideration he is giving to proposals to disallow as a charge before Corporation Tax in non.close companies of interest payments on debenture and loan stock.

I would refer the hon. Member to paragraph 13 of Schedule 5 to the current Finance Bill. My right hon. Friend has at present no further proposals, but all aspects of the corporation tax will be kept under review.
