Mr. Iain Macleodasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what reply he has sent to the representations of the Greater London Council concerning the siting of the magistrates' court in Enfield; whether he will give an 151W assurance that the magistrates' court will continue in the London Borough of Enfield; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI have not yet received any representations from the Greater London Council, who I understand are still in consultation with the Magistrates' Courts Committee for the Middlesex area of Greater London.
