§ Mr. MacCollThe forms prescribed in regulations made under the Act have to elicit information on a variety of points and are necessarily complicated. But an undertaking has already been given that the layout of those forms which will be needed beyond 30th June will be kept under review. The leaflet referred to was prepared and issued by the Trent River Authority.
