§ Mr. Hefferasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he is aware that a parents' organisation in Liverpool fully support the Liverpool City Council's plans for comprehensive 325W education and that a considerable number of people have signed a petition to this effect; and if he will take this into consideration when making his decision on the scheme.
