§ 38. Mr. Longdenasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government which are the three local authorities in Greater London which are not carrying out smoke control programmes.
§ Mr. MacCollSince 1st April, when the reorganisation of local government in Greater London took effect, all local authorities in the area have been carrying out smoke control programmes. The former authorities which were not doing so were East Ham, Surbiton and Ruislip-Northwood.
