§ 63. Mr. William Yatesasked the Minister of Transport what action he has taken in relation to the special application for an out-of-turn grant for a section of the Wellington ring road, which is related to the development plan for the new shopping centre which has been submitted to him by the Wellington Urban District Council.
§ Mr. Tom FraserI have considered the application carefully and have reluctantly, through my Divisional Road 53W Engineer, advised the Shropshire County Council that the scheme does not qualify for an out-of-turn grant at this stage.
