§ Mr. Staintonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he is aware that the facilities and rights available to yachtsmen and dinghy sailors on the Deben estuary would be impaired by proposals for the establishment of a French-controlled oyster fishery in this estuary; and what action he will take to safeguard this area.
