§ Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will now restore the allocation of money for school building to the county councils of Ross and Cromarty and Inverness, in view of the heavy arrears in their programmes and the dilapidation in many of the Western Isles schools in particular; and if he will make a statement of his intentions regarding increased allocation.
