§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsThe amounts paid in 1958–59 and 1962–63 from the Votes of this Ministry and the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland in implementation of the farm price guarantees, were £154.7 million and £190.1 million respectively and £80.9 million and £109.4 million respectively for farming grants and subsidies. Details are shown in Appendix V of the White Paper on the Annual Review and Determination of Guarantees, 1964 (Cmnd. 2315), published on 18th March.
