§ Mr. MawbyGovernment Departments pay for all mails services at the same rates as the public. Post Office income in 1962–63 included £11.4 million in respect of inland mails on which postage stamps were not used and £0.7 million in respect of identifiable purchases of stamps by Government Departments.
