§ Mr. MawbyParcels from London are generally delivered in Kendal and outlying villages of Westmorland two days after posting. My right hon. Friend is aware that they occasionally take longer and he will not be satisfied until we give a more reliable service; we are working with British Railways in a sustained effort to achieve this.
