How many debates, apart from Questions, have taken place in the House of Lords on domestic United Kingdom matters and how many on Commonwealth and international matters in the last five years.

LORD CARRINGTON

There have been 256 debates on Motions for Papers or on Resolutions during the last five years. As the following table shows, 200 of these were principally concerned with domestic affairs and 56 with international and Commonwealth affairs.
