Mr. M. MacmillanA recent application for Citanest 30 to be added to the exempt list of essential drugs and medicines has been referred by the Customs for consideration by the Ministry of Health, whose recommendation is required by Section 17(3) of the Purchase Tax Act, 1963, before a direction for exemption can be given.
